The Happiest Fella

"Into the Deep" is an okay episode It's not the best example of the promise that Season 2 has made. The story itself is good. Emma's attitude is too self-centered for real life. Is she really the only one who has magical light?

I'm sure Emma is happy to be free of Hook however I can't see her getting over her attraction to him. She wants to flee to New York but is afraid of love and joy. She is convinced that Killian abandoned her because of her fear. Is it worth the risk?

Emma discovers that her family members kept secrets from her. When she arrives back home, she realizes that the magical canonizing cuff that keeps people from being cursed was left on her by someone. She also discovers a knife that was hidden within.

The episode is quite good The episode is pretty good, but I'm not certain that the novelty is worth the trouble. This episode is not for you if you're only interested in the legend of the Hat Trick.
