Moulded Panel

When you're building or updating a single-family residence or a downtown apartment, or at your favorite hotel, molded doors are an attractive and budget-friendly choice for a door in the interior. They're durable and flexible and can be adapted to suit both modern and traditional tastes. They are available in a variety of raised or flat profiles, and smooth or textured styles.

The doors for interior use are constructed from one-piece pressed high-density moulded facings, Repair double glazing which are bonded to a wooden frame and supplied pre-primed with white primer which allows for prompt on-site finishing. The interior doors are available in a range of specifications, including lightweight cellular paper and non-fire-rated doors. 44m thick FD30 particleboard is also available for safety and sound performance.

Solid Panel

Solid panel doors look and feel like a solid piece of wood. However they are comprised of stiles and mullions and rails that hold floating panels. This design makes them more sturdy than hollow wood core doors, and help them resist cracking and warping in humid climates.

By using a multi-layered structure, the individual softwood lamellae are optically graded mechanically and bonded to each other by adhesive. This reduces shrinkage and swelling due to changes in climate. This three- or five-layer bonding together with thick covering layers lets raw material preserve its natural properties and enhances its durability and stability.

MOSO Bamboo Solid Panel is visually appealing and highly durable, similar in hardness to hardwoods of high quality. It is also a CO2 neutral resource and is a rapidly growing renewable resource. Harvesting takes only five years, as opposed to more than fifty for most hardwoods. This makes it a greener product that could be used to support projects seeking LEED certification or BREEAM. This type of cladding is also weatherproof and pollution resistant.

Bifold
